Among them are eight prospective industrial clerks, six electronics technicians for industrial engineering, eight industrial mechanics, 13 chemical technicians, eight chemical laboratory technicians, and two IT specialists for system integration.
As part of the cooperative training, Alzchem offers training positions on behalf of Master Builders Solutions Deutschland GmbH, Sika Deutschland GmbH, BAS Bavaria Alloys Systems, and BASF Construction Additives GmbH.
Currently, Alzchem has a total of 142 prospective skilled workers on board, including two dual students in mechanical engineering. This corresponds to a training rate of 8.2 percent – 3.5 percentage points above the national average.
After the meeting at the "Red Square" with a subsequent group photo, the trainees were welcomed in the Info Center by Training Manager Christoph Huber:
"We are proud to welcome so many motivated and talented young people to our team," said Christoph Huber on behalf of the Chemical Park. "Our trainees are the future of our company, and we are committed to providing them with the best possible training and support."
This was followed by a company presentation of the Chemical Park by Chief Financial Officer Andreas Lösler. Works Council Chairman Christian Ortbauer also welcomed the new team members on behalf of the employee representatives.
The trainees can look forward to four welcome days: divided into professional groups, the program includes an introduction to the most important programs and business processes, get-to-know-you games, and a plant tour. In addition, the future skilled workers will receive iPads that they can use in their daily work and keep at the end of their training.
As a special highlight, the trainees can look forward to a team event with an overnight stay in the mountains, where they can get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere and have fun preparing for their future tasks together.
While the 2025 trainees are taking their first steps into their careers, the application process for the training start in September 2026 has already begun. Young people looking for a secure and varied training program are welcome to submit their application documents until the end of September 2025..
