Alzchem Group celebrated its jubilarians: “Over 3,000 years with the company
On Thursday, November 20, 2025, Alzchem bid farewell to 46 employees retiring from active professional life and simultaneously honored this year’s jubilarians.
This year, 88 employees together have accumulated a total of 3,165 years with the company: 30 colleagues are celebrating a quarter-century at Alzchem, 40 have been with the company for 40 years, and 17 can look back on 45 years of service—one colleague has even reached 50 years.
“Your long-standing commitment, loyalty, and daily dedication are the foundation of our success. With your experience, knowledge, and collegiality, you have shaped and enriched our company. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts—and look forward to continuing to write the success story of the Alzchem Group together with you in the future,” said CEO Andreas Niedermaier in honor of the jubilarians.
Together with the entire board and works council chairman Christian Ortbauer, he honored the active and former employees of the Alzchem locations in Trostberg, Schalchen, Hart, and Waldkraiburg.
“What makes our company special is people like you. For this, I thank you sincerely,” Andreas Niedermaier concluded his speech.
Alzchem celebrated with nearly 215 guests. The event featured a seasonal, regional dinner accompanied by music from the band “Easy Mode.”
