Team Alzchem with a New Line-up – Leadership Kickoff 2026

Trostberg, February 16, 2026. On January 29, 2026, the kickoff event for the Alzchem Group’s leadership team took place. Under the motto “Team Alzchem – Leadership Ahead: How Do We Stay on Course?” the event offered plenty of room for exchange, orientation, and strengthening team cohesion in the newly formed leadership group.

All Alzchem managers were invited to look back on the past year together and to discuss the new goals and challenges for 2026. The focus was on the changes within the Executive Board, management, and leadership teams, as well as the question of how the company can continue to pursue the right course for the future.

The program included:

  • Annual review and goals of Alzchem presented by Andreas Niedermaier, CEO of the Alzchem Group, Andreas Lösler, CFO, Martina Spitzer, CSO, and Jürgen Sans, COO.
  • Keynote by Philip Keil, pilot and “Keynote Speaker of the Year,” offering inspiring insights on leadership and decision-making.
  • “Leadership asks – Executive Board answers”: open Q&A session

To round off the event, a relaxed get-together took place in the company restaurant with snacks and drinks – an opportunity for personal exchange and to reflect on the new impulses.

Karin Danner, Head of HR at the Alzchem Group, emphasized:
“This event shows how important dialogue and shared alignment are during times of personnel transitions. Only as a strong team can we master challenges and achieve our goals.”

With initiatives like this, Alzchem is making targeted investments in the development of its leaders. The aim is to strengthen those in charge in their roles and to jointly secure the company’s long-term success in the market.
