Discovery Day at the Trostberg Chemical Park exclusive Insights into Vocational Training

On Friday, June 30, 2023, Alzchem cordially invites young people and their parents to take an exclusive look behind the scenes of the company and its diverse training opportunities at the Trostberg site. From 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., visitors will have the unique opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the various training professions and gain insights into internship opportunities. 

The focus of the discovery day will be on the total of eight apprenticeship professions that Alzchem offers at the Trostberg site. Chemical technician (m/f/d), chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) and technical product designer (m/f/d) are exciting professions with a wide range of prospects. 

The central contact point is the Info Center in Alzchem's administration building,  

Dr. Albert-Frank-Str. 32, in Trostberg. Here, among other things, the commercial apprenticeship as well as the apprenticeship professions "IT Specialist System Integration" and "Warehouse Logistics Specialist" are presented. Shuttle buses will run regularly from here to the various training facilities. 

Visitors also have the opportunity to visit the training laboratory, where the activities of chemical laboratory assistants are demonstrated. The job profile of chemical technicians is presented in a production facility. Please note that for safety reasons, access to this area is only permitted to visitors aged 12 and over. Sturdy shoes are required for all visitors to enter the facility. 

Food will also be provided, in addition to drinks, a paella will be offered. This will be prepared in a pan made by apprentices.  

The discovery day begins at 15:00 and ends at 19:00. Pre-registration is not required. Interested young people and parents are welcome to spontaneously come to the event and explore the world of training at Alzchem.
