Creapure^® Gluco impresses in real-world test at OFV Ochsenfurt

More energy on the pitch, more power in the game: In cooperation with the Bavarian Football Association (BFV), Alzchem once again gave football players the opportunity this year to test the energy snack Creapure^® Gluco under real training and match conditions. The winner of this year’s BFV club campaign, OFV Ochsenfurter Fußballverein e.V., took advantage of this opportunity and gathered valuable insights from everyday football practice. The result is clear: the combination of Creapure^® creatine, manufactured by Alzchem, and glucose was very well received by the participants in many areas.

Creatine is a substance naturally produced by the body and found primarily in muscle cells, where it serves as a short-term energy reserve. It supports the rapid regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's primary cellular energy source. This mechanism can play an important role during short, high-intensity activities such as sprints, quick changes of direction, or jumping.

Strong Feedback on Athletic Performance

Particularly encouraging: nine out of ten participants rated the impact of Creapure^® Gluco on their athletic performance as positive or even very positive. The same proportion of respondents considered the combination of Creapure^® and glucose to be a meaningful support for sports in general.

The feedback throughout the entire testing period was equally positive: almost 90 percent of players reported a noticeable improvement in their physical performance.

More Energy, Longer Sprints, Better Focus

Football demands intense physical effort, explosive acceleration, and full concentration until the final whistle. This is precisely where many participants saw clear benefits: 84 percent of respondents noticed an improvement in energy and performance after taking Creapure^® Gluco. The same percentage felt capable of completing more – or longer – sprints during a match.

Creapure^® Gluco also scored highly when it came to focus and concentration: around 87 percent of participants reported improved alertness and mental fitness during training sessions and matches.
