Alzchem Promotes Training to Becoming a Chemical Technician
Trostberg, May 7, 2025 – Alzchem, a leading company in the chemical industry, has long been actively committed to the further education and training of its employees. In collaboration with the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) and supported by the Federal Employment Agency, Alzchem now also offers part-time training to become a chemical technician.
This training allows participants to develop and qualify professionally. This is particularly valuable for employees who are already working in production and wish to expand their knowledge and skills.
The training spans a period of two years and includes nine classes per week. It offers a good opportunity and chance to catch up on a skilled worker's qualification while working. To participate in the program, candidates need five and a quarter years of practical experience in chemical production by the time of the exam to be accepted for the external IHK exam.
The bbw instructors are professionals from the field who are also employed in this context or professional environment. This ensures practical and well-grounded education. All 12 participants of the last course successfully completed the training, with very impressive grade point averages.
For Alzchem, this initiative means targeted qualification of employees, which is beneficial for both the company and the employees themselves. Additionally, it contributes to strengthening the profession of chemical technician. The next group has started a new course in December 2024.
