A car is manufactured and Alzchem helps make it happen!

With our integrated production network, we supply innovative products for the automotive industry. Thus, we set a clear focus on global trends such as sustainability and climate change. To illustrate which of our products are used in cars, we have designed a new brochure for you.

Our products CaD®, CalciPro® and Calzot® play a key role in the manufacture of steel components in automobiles. In addition,  Guanidine Nitrate and Nitroguanidine (NIGU®) serve as propellants for gas generators in the deployment of airbags, seat belt tensioners and active head restraints. Dicyandiamide is used in the manufacture of high-efficiency fibres for modern air filters, and at the same time it is also used to develop semiconductor plates for LED headlights. Finally, our Nitriles (NITRALZ®) are considered key raw materials in pigment production. These in turn play a key role in the production of automotive coatings, with the best-known representative being Pigment Red 254 or Ferrari Red.

With an eye to the future, Alzchem is continuously developing new and improved products. The optimized ceramic powder Silzot® HQ for metal-ceramic substrates, for example, is used as a circuit carrier in electromobility. In addition, the DYHARD® SYS product range includes an improved epoxy resin system for hydrogen mobility. With these products, Alzchem is intensifying its position in the field of renewable energies and actively contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

We ACT in a fully backwards-integrated production "Made in Germany" and look forward to receiving your inquiries for our products.
