On Thursday, November 21, AlzChem honored this year’s anniversary employees and at the same time said farewell to 25 employees who ended their active professional lives.
AlzChem celebrated together with over 100 guests. This year, 45 employees have been with the company for a total of 1,605 years. 15 employees celebrated a quarter of a century at AlzChem, 24 have been with the company for 40 years and six can look back on 45 years of service.
“We are proud of our workforce, and especially of our long-standing employees,” emphasized CEO Andreas Niedermaier. “They have shaped their respective locations and made a significant contribution to making AlzChem what it is today: a vertically integrated specialty chemicals supplier that has successfully asserted itself against global competition and achieved a leading global position in several niche markets.”
Together with his colleagues on the Management Board Klaus Englmaier and Dr. Georg Weichselbaumer and the Chairman of the Works Council Karl Held, they paid tribute to the active and former employees of the AlzChem sites in Trostberg, Schalchen, Hart and Waldkraiburg.
“In addition to your individual personal commitment, I would especially like to thank you for your collegiality and how well we have gotten along together,” concluded Andreas Niedermaier. The setting was a seasonal regional evening menu with musical accompaniment.
