Occupational Job description
The training program offers experience within different fields such as human resource management, finances, purchasing, public relations, marketing and sales. You will take over secretarial, personal assistant and administrative duties. You will take minutes and learn documentary reporting and statistics. You will also make appointments, coordinate meetings, organize business trips, handle incoming and outgoing mail and work with modern communication technology. The focus of your duties will be on the needs of the customer. So, here, team and communication skills are very important requirements, as are creativity and initiative. You are often the first contact the customer has with the company and as such can be looked on as the company business card.
