Press Release (21. December 2011) - Carol SingingApprentices collect for a good cause. Appreciation to everybody for their generosity.
Christmas carol singing by the AlzChem apprentices has become something of a traditional now. Every year a group of apprentices with musical talent gets together just before Christmas to learn the arrangements for a variety of Christmas carols, and then they perform in front of the employees of AlzChem, BASF and Evonik Degussa, putting them in a true festive mood. The group sings and collects donations for a good cause, and this time they managed to collect € 1,005. All the money will go to the Wilhelm Loehe Home in Traunreut, a support center for children.
“On behalf of AlzChem I would like to acknowledge the generosity of the workforce at the Trostberg Chemical Park, and to thank our apprentices for their untiring commitment and the trainers for organizing the event”, commented AlzChem director Stefan Greger.
