Stefan Greger was born on July 23, 1958 in Waldershof. Trained as an industrial engineer he began his career in 1986 as a Regional Officer in Industrial and Fine Chemicals and Marketing and Sales at SKW Trostberg AG. There he progressed through several managerial positions, and was appointed Managing Director of the Vertriebsgesellschaft für chemische Erzeugnisse mbH, Piesteritz in 1993, and Managing Director of SKW Stickstoffwerke Piesteritz GmbH in 1996. In August 2002 he was appointed Chairman of the Board. On October 1, 2005 he took over the commercial management of the Degussa business line NCN Chemistry from which today’s AlzChem Group has been carved out. On October 1, 2006 he was appointed managing director of the AlzChem Trostberg GmbH, responsible for the commercial management of the business and October 20, 2011 to the Management Board, responsible for Marketing. Stefan Greger is married with two daughters. Andreas Niedermaier was born in Tittmoning on June 22, 1969. After completing his training in agriculture, Mr. Niedermaier graduated from Rosenheim as an industrial engineer. Mr. Niedermaier started his career in the capital goods industry at the Kettner company in Rosenheim (today’s KRONES), where he worked in cost accounting and calculation. In 1997 he moved to Gendorf/Burghausen to work in factory controlling for Vinnolit, at the time a joint venture of Hoechst and Wacker. In April 1999, Mr. Niedermaier took up his position as corporate controller in the chemicals division of SKW, then a listed company. A short time later he was given responsibility for sales at a site, in connection with Degussa’s merger activities. His further career path included responsibilities for global M&A activities, controlling and restructuring projects. When the spin-off company AlzChem Trostberg GmbH was established on October 1, 2006, Mr. Niedermaier took over responsibility for finance, controlling and accounting for the AlzChem Group. He was appointed to the management team on February 8, 2010, with responsibility for finance, IT and supply chain management and October 20, 2011 to the Management Board, responsible for Finance.  Ulli Seibel was born on October 7, 1975 in Landau, Pfalz. After studying industrial engineering at both Karlsruhe University and at the KTH Royal institute of technology in Stockholm, he began his career in 2001 assisting the management at Fundatio AG. In 2004 he moved to ARQUES Industries AG, an investment company based in Starnberg. Here, he held several management positions. In July 2007 Ulli Seibel was appointed Vice President of Operations at Arques and took the responsibility for a series of affiliated companies which together had a turnover of over 3bn Euro and ca. 4.000 employees. With the sale of the AlzChem Group to the new shareholder bluO on October 27, 2009 he was appointed managing director and October 20, 2011 to the Management Board, responsible for Production. Ulli Seibel is married with one daughter and one son.
