Our environment

As one of the founder members of the first and second “Bavarian Environmental Pact” we feel particularly committed to the principle of “Sustainable Economic Growth in the 21st century”. The central idea of the “Bavarian Environmental Pact” is to combine the efforts of the Bavarian state and the Bavarian industry in order to achieve a durable environmentally compatible economic development.

In a dialogue with our customers, neighbours, employees, environmental associations and politicians we generate responsible solutions. Together we want to improve the conditions of our business location and raise the efficiency of our work processes. Our employees are always involved when environment, safety, health and quality matters are to be addressed.

The AlzChem Environment Declaration shows what we have already achieved with regards to environmental protection, safety and quality. It does not only refer to our environmental successes, as it also mentions fields in which we want to be better in the future.

We want to be a responsible and profitable chemical company in Bavaria. Our employees, our products and the Upper Bavarian region are the focus of our activities. Environment, safety, health and quality are consequently addressed. We rise to this challenge.
