The product managers from the Bavarian town of Trostberg were not satisfied with quality alone. A completely new brand presentation, unveiled for the first time at FiBo, the leading international tradeshow for fitness, wellness and bodybuilding in Essen, focuses on consumer protection. “Our competition is mostly located in the Far East, in China. There are different producers, a variety of production methods, and great differences in purity. However, they all have one thing in common: their quality is significantly below that of Creapure^®,” comments Frauke Selzer, Creapure^® product manager. Only creatine of such high purity can deliver the desired effect, and Creapure^® is able to meet this demand.

Unique purity requirement: Production in pharmaceutical-grade facilities
Creapure^® is manufactured in a GMP facility, which is operated by AlzChem Trostberg, a wholly owned subsidiary of Degussa. The product may be more expensive than competitor items, but its purity is unrivaled. GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice and is a label reserved for production processes of the highest quality class. Typically, such facilities are used almost exclusively for pharmaceutical production. Scientists are pleased with this approach, as Professor Theo Wallimann of the Institute for Cell Biology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich can confirm.
